It focuses on the Unova region’s Pokémon. It is one of two dual expansions, alongside White Flare.

This features Pokémon from the Unova region. With both sets jointly marking the end of the scarlet & violet  series.

The Black Bolt set includes powerful Pokémon like Zekrom ex and Serperior ex, special illustration cards, and unique “Poké Ball pattern” parallel cards.
